How did your relationship with XfE begin, how did you hear about us?

What feature on Xfe do you find most appealing?
Ease of access and use – almost all our users have been able to log in and get started with minimal additional training
What problems has XfE solved in your organisation?
The main win for us has been pulling everything into one place giving us a more efficient process. It’s also allowed us to roll out online ordering and give budget holders the ability to monitor their budgets in real time without being dependent on the finance team to send them reports.
How does it compare to your old system?
Very positively! It’s allowed us to address a number of challenges that we couldn’t sort in our previous system.
How would you describe your working relationship with Sam and the team?
Very positive. The team have been very responsive throughout. They were very supportive during the migration phase and gave a sense of calm in what can be quite a tricky process. Since migration they have continued to be on hand and have been very patient with our many questions as we’ve got to grips with the new system.
How would you describe the training for XfE you received?
Brilliant. There was a clear plan right from the start and having it broken down into smaller sessions that were recorded has been very helpful. The sessions themselves were really well delivered. For the sessions that were being delivered to a wider audience it was helpful to have talked through with Evan beforehand so we could tailor some elements.
How would you rate the work carried out by our team, and would you recommend us to others?
Overall I would say the team has worked really well. There’s been a clear focus on detail with checks and balances along the way to give me confidence the output would be right.
